I am excited, honored, and humbled to be one of the three Democrats nominated for Commissioner of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago.

The number of friends and supporters is far too large to list here, but please know that I appreciate you all.  I want to thank each of you for every effort made to support my campaign. I thank you for volunteering to collect signatures, conversing with your friends and family about my candidacy, donating to my campaign, attending my fundraisers, sharing your encouraging words, and voting for me!  Without your support, I would not be headed to the general election in a strong second place with over 178,950 votes!

I look forward to the general election on November 6, 2012 and know WE will be successful with your continued help and support.

Thank you for everything!  I stepped out on faith in this campaign. But YOU, my family and friends pushed me thru this major part of the battle.
